Return & Exchange Policy

At House of Jeine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale."
  • Earrings and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@houseofjeine.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  3. Securely pack your items and ship them back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
